At VOTE 1, Naruto didn't knew his max. potential and was going hard at Sasuke.
At VOTE 2, Naruto knew what he can do, so he stayed on defensive.
At VOTE 1, Sasuke said Naruto can't even touch his forehead protector, Naruto did.
At VOTE 2, Sasuke said Naruto won't be stopping him this time, Naruto did.
I have figured out why the animators were having Sasuke kick Naruto around like that in VOTE2...that's because of how badly Naruto was kicking around Sasuke in VOTE1's filler.

The anime also removed this beautiful Sasuke's kick in naruto's face:

Naruto neeed Kyuubi chakra to have advantage against Sasuke.
But with 3T Sharingan Sasuke was capable using only taijutsu to defeat a Kyuubi Naruto.
Both VOTE 1 AND VOTE 2 Naruto wasn't capable to knock off Sasuke with taijutsu.
Even in the only moment Naruto gave a surprise punch to Sasuke because he deactivated his sharingan thanks to plot. This does not did any damage to sasuke.
Both are knock off after Chidori and Rasengan clash in VOTE2
But In vote 1 Sasuke practically knock off Naruto TWO TIMES.

It's kinda the contrary, Part1 anime still removed Taijutsu scenes from Sasuke and gave more scenes to Naruto to balance the battle because in the manga Sasuke was much more superior in VOTE1 than VOTE2.
