Why Sasuke only got 1 eye.

Sasuke now has the ultimate Oculareye. only One time because it isnt a rinnegan. its the juubis eye and he got only one u all know that. thats because sasuke got only 1 eye. The eye of sasuke is the original dojutsu.

The rinnegan not so.

But what will be more advanced?

The Sage said it himself, Madara gained the ultimate power the power of the sage and his mother kaguya by awakening the rinnegan.
So he stated that the rinnegan is the ultimate dojutsu. That doesnt make sense since the original dojutsu is the juubi eye and this has to be the best.
