Why Sasuke > Minato

What makes you think it can't be? Minato's shunshin is inferior to Ay's, which Sasuke was able to keep up with in V1 and react to V2. I don't recall Minato using shunshin to even overwhelm anyone, nor did I see him use it in battle. Once to rescue Naruto from Obito, who isn't exactly the fastest guy physically.

since we havent seen Minatos footspeed how r u saying that his shunshin is slower than raikage? its just the same speculation as saying Minato is faster(which i said in the previous post).what does Minato saving Naruto from Obito prove that his shunshin is slower to A?

Obito is not fast but how does it make Minato slower than A?

It is becuase I haven't seen his footspeed why I say he is inferior. I wasn't using the saving Naruto thing as evidence as to why he was slower, just pointing out it was one of if not his only shunshin feat. Unless Minato shows something of in battle, it isn't really debatable to me. He simply doesn't have shunshin feats which put him on par with A.

How about obito? He beat him 16 years ago when he had ms
