why sasuke made a surgery and other characters not?

do not know if you understand, let me explain.
When Danzo took the eye of Shishui Uchiha replace it by his blind eye right after took it. Madara wants Obito's eye and if he manages to get it, he wont a surgery in the middle of the fight (lol) SOOOO why these characters can have new eyes when they want and Sasuke had to make a Surgery for Itachi's eyes?

Probably because Itachi's eyes had to undergo a change and turn into the Fuumetsu Mangekyou Sharingan instead of the regular Mangekyou, whereas the other eyes didn't actually changed, they just changed owners and wielders

As Itachi Senpai98 stated. Similar case with Kakashi receiving Obito's eye, he was able to use it straight away because it was just a change of owners. However, hashirama's dna might have been additional help for Danzo and Madara.

In madara's case - hashirama's insane healing ability which fixed his eyes optic nerves immediately. If he obtains his 2nd eye,then that will be due to jubi jin healing opness.

In kakashi's case,rin performed the surgery on the spot and screen skipped few hours later when kakashi came out.

In sasuke's case the 2 ms powers have to fuse and blindness had to get cured in a span of 1 month.

It didn't skip a few hours. Rin did the surgery and immediately after he fought the fast guy and killed him with chidori. Then he pulled chidori again when surrounded by 20 more ninja.
