He's BIG part of manga and without him, Naruto would be quite boring to read/watch.

I'd like to take this time before Sasuke brings carnage to remind people ans ask you all to tell us the things you like about Sasuke in hopes that he'll have a change of heart.

I like that Sasuke was born in the summertime like me.
I like his hair, its emo but has volume too.
I like that Sasuke's Susanoo is purple, a lovely color.
I like that he is best friends with Naruto.
And the thing I like the most about Sasuke is his Sound Village cosplay. His outfit is cool nowadays.

i like the love he has for his brother and that he'll kill anyone now who disrespects him now
i like his personality calm and cool with a bit of crazy wins the fight
i like his outfit all of them are cool to me
i like that he's strong enough to fight danzo and kill that bastard after he fought the 5 kage by himself
i like his ruthlessness now hes unpredictable now
i like how he activated his susanoo wen he completed his MS
i like sasuke's awakening in generations
i can keep goin but ill stop for now
