you have to see that he is hide somthing and orochimaru + taka is moving by his order
and something else is made you when he try to get red of the juubi whith ignoring the scraming of naruto .

in my opinion he is try to make a new world not like the others
he want to become the ultimate hokage who control the whole five countries .

The Sage trusted Sauce with power because he realizes that even if the war ends -- that the ninja world needs to change. Naruto can be the new sage, but Sauce is better cut out for being a political leader. Leaders gotta be intelligent, something Naruto just flat out lacks.

You prove my point so well it is because of that thinking Sasuke will never be aknowledged as even a candidate to become Hokage and since he wont get the Jonin votes no use thinking that pipe dream will come true only maybe a Jonin like KCm or whoever said that teaches or Anbu might be better always did.get the Danzo vibe from him thats where Sasuke should be out of the way in the Shadows

Naruto surpassing the previous hokage and becoming one go hand in hand Kakashi also said "Naruto you already surpassed the previous hokage but you still want to become hokage" or.something like that so just because he is stronger than the kage his goal is and remains to become hokage

I think you are on the right track.

I think his ambitions are a little more extreme. His solution is not Kaguya's, not Hagoromo's, Madaras, Obito's, or Nagato's. His solution is his own - and one he has followed up until this point: Destruction.

Sasuke simply intends to destroy the world and to create one that fits his own ideals. It won't do to create an illusion. Nor will it do to try and control, intimidate, or manipulate people as if they are livestock. He desires to create a world that is perfect within his own ideas of perfection, and believes himself capable of doing so.

Since everyone else (including Naruto) is not as accepting of their own demise to facilitate this new world of Sasuke's - they'll probably fight to keep the world they live in.
