Why sasuke has the 6 tomoe rinnegan

We all know the rabbit demon princess didn't always have the sharinnegan third eye
only after taking the juubi's influence does she develop this strange eye

This leads me to believe that after she ate the fruit and used her ultimate jutsu for peace
she fell prey to the side effects of the jutsu

which binded her soul to the jubbi forever
working as a human vessel for the juubi (juubi uses sharingan on her to control her)

which leads to my conclusion why sasuke has the same juubi inflenced rinnegan

naruto has the chakara of the seperated juubi
madara has the body for the juubi
and sasuke has the mind of the juubi

Yes, I also believe that Kaguya became the new vessel for the Juubi upon eating the fruit. It also seems that she actually is the Shinjuu (maybe she lost control of her power and became the God Tree) but no, Sasuke won't get taken over, Madara will be.
