And you just ignored my points, in the movie Naruto was using a chakra mode to keep up and Sasuke can still enhance his speed further with lightning cloak if plot didn't restrict him.

Naruto has the faster reflexes because of his athleticism but ultimately Sasuke has the fastest foot speed because he's the literal embodiment of lightning element

You might wanna read that manga fam. Vs Madara his distance was small/med range. VOTE 2 it increased and he blitz'd Naruto from a far. If you think him using Ameno from here is mid range then we're done here.
