Why Sasuke did not teleport indra arrow to Naruto face?

I fine it was odd that Sasuke did not use his s/t to teleport indra arrow during or before Naruto preparation jutsu ,and end the battle.I know the battle was base on ideal ,but Sasuke was seriouslly nerfed with his skill and creativity (which he known for).

I know some of you guys will say Sasuke can not perform S/T on a large scale ,but he did with his God susano against Naruto RSM Kurama clones with ease.

Amenotijakara has a range of only 100 meters at best. The arrow itself is longer than 100 meters how would he teleport it to naruto that is an even greater distance away?

Any thing required mana, and teleport requires alot of mana + cd, let alone teleport big subject or moving a heavily mana body.

Sasuke's S/T ability depends on 'swapping' things with himself. He could swap himself with the arrow, but not the arrow with what was in front of Naruto's face (which was nothing, btw).

Indra's arrow had been Sasuke's most powerful attack, where he was essentially pouring 99% of his
power to try to destroy Naruto once and for all. When you're concentrating pretty much all of your
power onto one final attack, you can't also use some chakra to teleport the attack as well.
Besides, Sasuke had not expected Naruto to ever beat back his attack. He thought he had the victory
in the bag.

He simply underestimated Naruto. He did not realize that even with only half Kurama, Naruto is capable of taking down anyne including him.
