Lets look at her future development, so Sarada seems to be following in her mother footsteps, with the Goddess Strength, Evasion Skills, Medic Arsenal (Kishi said so in a interview) and her perfect chakra control. But Sasukebase dont be discouraged, Sarada has her mothers ability to apply her knowledge into action
Which is probably why she was Mikoto's talent at Shuriken slinging. She mostly likely read up on how to do it and did it.
