I specifically said the village should be overthrown, not that innocents should be killed. It's not impossible to do that.
terrible example...those 2 akatsuki were going to die regardlessThe heroes of the story spent the whole time telling the audience that revenge was wrong even if justified. And then we get a whole episode where Team Asuma avenges Asuma's death. The entire shinobi war was about preserving and maintaining the system that caused so much pain and suffering, the same system that forced Itachi to commit genocide.
Mind you, Naruto never addressed the massacre or try to put himself in Sasuke's shoes, he just yelled at him and told him that revenge was wrong even though it was clearly justified.
Pain said it himself that justice can only take form in vengeance.
The Uchiha will never be avenged, the fanbase really doesn't care or want to empathize with the Uchiha so it'd be pointless. Pain did say that people refuse to understand one another.

Damn..this guys is something else, dude your being so biased that its frigging annoying and urging me to just put you out of your misery...I don't know man, if a village was the reason as to why innocent members of my family died for the actions of a few guilty ones, I would be an avenger. I don't know why you're praising them for caring more about their villages than their own family but I guess that's what happens when that kind of narrative is sold as good within the story.
Sure, a coup wasn't the way to do it. But Konoha is behind some pretty evil stuff as well, do they deserve to be eliminated or what? They used the Hidden Rain as a battle-ground and almost starved an entire village of people to death with their petty war interests with the Hidden Stone.
I don't really know if planning a rebellion against your oppressors makes you a mindless drone, but if that's how things are in the Naruto world then fine.
They where criminals, they where being hunted, yes they died with vengeance, but it was ordered nonetheless. And yet they died in vengeance did they not?
