Anyone notice last page of one piece sanjiswanter alive.... I think i know why sanji is of royal blood... And they just found him.. Hes has to be a missing celestial dragon .. Thats why hes wanted alive... What do you guys think it makes sense because now that his true face shows in wanted poster celestial dragon may know himm...

Sanji himself said that he is from North Blue and quite a lot about it, and was in East Blue at age 10 with a dream of finding All Blue. Something happened when Sanji was in North Blue and it probably got him kicked from that sea. There is also a chance that Big Mam is a former CD(due to references) so there is that....Sanji's CD family must be very important....

Its sounds ridiculous when you put it like that... But at elast it has some hold in reality here because big mam likes sweets, and sanji can make them and how else did they escape big mam.
