at first you would think oh she called sakura mom and she live with her. but then you have to stop to think about what sasuke was doing at the time. sasuke went vagrant and decided to be a traveller and see the world and although he had a cute moment with sakura by poking her forehead that by no means guarantees that he promised to be hers alone. if you recall back to the rtn(im only using this for an example) even though it wasnt canon kishi did make the characters for it. and in that a "good" sasuke was an absolute player.
not saying that rtn was canon but its not like its impossible for kishi to have made sasuke a player in the real story. we dont know how long sasuke was out exploring but you have to consider the fact that salada is the SAME age as bolt and the other kids. meaning its quite possible sasuke had *** with someone while he was on the road. karin is a rogue ninja and obssesed with sasuke so its not like she wouldnt be willing to follow sasuke any and everywhere if he let her.
now lets look at sakura and karin at saladas age.

her eyelashes are shaped more like karins than sakuras. all im saying is its quite possible that sasuke had her while road. and since sakura has a tendency to forgive sasuke no matter what as long as he apologizes she forgave him and raised salada as her own. the reason they didnt have another kid was simply because sakura is infertile and cannot have her own children. so sasuke continues traveling the world spreading his seed...
EDIT: also salada wears glasses suggesting she has eye problems. this is unheard of for not just sharingan users but ANYONE with a dojutsu having natural eye sight problems. neither sasuke nor sakura has these. yet karin does.
