Why Sakura was able to wake up out of sasukes genjutsu ?

Sigh... sharingan/rinnegan can control bijuu. Its something special. This was a normal genjutsu. Did those anbu kakashi put to sleep stay that way forever too?

genjutsus wear off eventually and he coulda set it to wear off
