Well she was unconscious when he was willing to die to save her ,she didn't see his face when he cared Before . (unlike us viewers, she was looking at his back)

now thinking about...it seems kishi hides everything about sasuke from sakura...like saving her numerous time, uchiha massacre,helping to stop edo tensei,releasing prisoner etc...

only makes her hear about sasuke's bad things ...like saying you're annoying, killing danzo,capturing hachibi, joining akatsuki,etc
