Why Sakura>Hinata Mid to low difficulty

Okay, Hinata is powerful, I won't get that mixed up, especially with that twin gentle step lion fist, but sakura Has got her beat in regards to combat.

Sakura, phisically, is a crapload stronger than hinata. Even the slightest graze of cherry blossom clash, and hinata's out of it. You've heard kakashi say it would do the same to him. So lets add a little bit of this up:
Cherry blossom clash Is going straight through gentle step lion fist, and destroying the bones in w.e hand.
Hinata does have Protective, which is a quite formidable DEFENSIVE jutsu. Sakura's not dumb enuf 2 run right into it, since its common sense that protective cant be done in mid movement.
In the end Sakura should win 89.5% (rndm #) of the time.

Sakura has the advangate in physical strength, but strength alone doesn't win a battle.

We do not know the true strength that comes with the Twin Lion Fist as it hasn't been used with the intent to kill (In the Manga it never did anything. In the Anime, as soon as contact was made she went for Naruto...it is possible that she could have won had she not been going for Naruto from the start); therefore we cannot say that the Cherry Blossom is superior nor can we say the Twin Lion Fist is stronger.

Both primarily use Taijutsu. Sakura's focuses on extreme damage on the outside. Hinata's focuses on extreme damage on the inside. If Sakura hits Hinata, chances are that she is done unless she pulls a Naruto never give up. If Hinata blocks up Sakura's points, chances are that she is done, but of course she could also pull a Naruto (despite it not being her motto).

Hinata has air palm, Sakura apparantly specialized in evasion. Sakura could hit the ground like she did vs Kakashi, Hinata has the flexibility/ agility to move away in order to prevent being caught off guard. If Sakura uses the flying debre to punch towards Hinata she has the Protective 8 trigrams or can use air palm to counter the momentum

They are evenly matched due to the fact both of their techniques are good counters to each other.

i hate it when ppl say Hinata has the byakugan and she can take away chakra points. well if i remember correctly, yes she can take away chakra points but there are about a billion more she needs to hit before she takes out all of sakura's points. she would have to hit sakura id say at least 4 times to be able to effect her central chakra (kinda like pulling a neji vs hinata where neji hit hinata like 64 times, then shes about dead lol)
sakura punches ground, byakugan or not, Hinata's not gathering her footing that quickly so thats one thing hinata has to keep dodging. Besides that, you have paper bombs and sleeping gases too. She was very good at setting traps as well, so im sure that wont hurt. sakura's stats are way higher in the databook and shes Tsunade's aid so that certainly cant hurt.... Do you not think she doesnt have a clue about what hinata is capable of? of course she is and vice versa. She is smart, she wouldnt just charge carelessly into a close up fight with a hyuga. Regardless though, i find it a no brainer...sakura and hinata fighting to me puts sakura winning at least 60% of the time (because hinata is ****ing awesome, i just doubt she could beat sakura more than that. neji is a different story...hes got hinata's ability + confidence + intelligence so ya...sakura wouldnt be as likely to win) and hinata only winning maybe 40%

Thank you for being someone to analize it from both perspectives XD!!! I would agree with the bombs and such as those would be one of Sakura's advantages; however, a part of that is pre battle prep in terms of setting traps. That would be adding environmental scenarios into the fight.

I also agree on terms of chakra points. Deffinatly takes more than one to completely shut down the chakra flow to the arms! Sakura also gets more screne time due to her being a heroine, so I think her role in the manga kinda adds to her stat flow databook wise.
I'd say at best it is either 50/50 or as you said a 60/40 advantage Sakura

Exactly as stated above. Sakura is more of a boxer, Hinata is a specialist and 1 touch to a chakara point would mean that Sakura wouldn't even have her super strength.

hinata having byakugan doesnt mean she can detect poison or sleep gas. sakuras way too dangerous, fast and intelligent. she can set up traps for hinata using substitution and feints.
more importantly hinata hasnt shown she can close off chakra pathways, meaning she needs multiple hits to take sakura whereas sakura needs only one hit to break every bone in hinatas body

Do you hear yourself? If Byakugan can detect sneak attacks easily, how can it not detect an attack that isn't even hidden? It would just see it even better than it would a sneak attack.

And like I said, Hinata is superior in Taijutsu, so while Sakura is trying to push her fist in her gut, Hinata will simply dodge and seal her up.

And if Sakura takes her time, it'll just be that much easier for Hinata to track. If Sakura keeps distance, a Vacuum Palm will take care of her.

I didd'nt say it wouldn't detect it, it would just be no different from normal eyes.
Like I said, sakura can wait for a counter opportunity.
Like I said, VP isnt the most accurate move, if you just observe the movements, its easy to dodge. Also, it would be really hard to clog a CP in your palm, esspecially with its momentum. And simple Paperbombs, traps, shuriken n flash tags could never hurt, esspecially when your throwing fast enough to retaliate frm it.
