Why Sakura can't set things on fire by glaring at them.

the other girls in the konaha 11 had less panel time than sakura but seem to be more developed than her(except ino)
development wise i think it would be:
1. Ten Ten
2. Hinata
3. Sakura
4. Ino
i even think the top 2 would have made a better female main protagonist than sakura.

This may seem kind of weird, but the way I see it he was hated by almost everyone. Everyone knew his name, and even the people that didn't hate him knew him.

Nobody knew Sakura.

I started hating her when she attempted and failed to kill Sasuke. What made it worse was when she started crying and almost cost Kakashi's and Naruto's death.

Before you start flaming, no, this is not one of Femme's threads where she desperately tries to convert you to Sakura-ism. I'm just saying. You can hate Sakura because she's 'mean to Naruto' (which she really isn't anymore), but you can't hate her because she's not strong.

Because Sakura was never supposed to be the OP sort of character that you see blowing up bridges, Kishi himself said he didn't design her that way. She was supposed to represent the other side of humans, the side that Naruto and Sasuke didn't; the hesitation.

Her struggles throughout the series to gain more acknowledgement I felt were good, even great. Because at the beginning, both Naruto and Sasuke essentially had acknowledgement: Sasuke was the Uchiha genius, and Naruto was the Kyuubi vessel.

Who was she? The bright haired little girl from some civilian family. The only reason she was put on the team was to balance it out, she didn't have any special purpose. She at first thought that it would be all about her, but realized that it wasn't going to happen that way. As even Naruto surpassed her, she became desperate and made some rash decisions.

The reason she became a medic was a sort of realization; she would never be as strong as Naruto and Sasuke, so she was going to help in a different way. Because she really wants to just help.

And to top it off, Kishi himself said that her character was never going to be the strongest.

I really can't take the people who say she has no development seriously. She started out as vain, selfish schoolgirl in part 1 and became more and more compassionate and aware of Naruto's feelings. A lot of people judge her just by her actions in part 1 while they like to pretend she hasn't developed at all. Thing is, she loves Naruto as a brother. It wasn't like that in part 1.

I'm just trying to get people to realize you can't necessarily hate Sakura because she's weak, or has no development. She has more development than you realize, and she was never supposed to be the extremely strong character. That was for her teammates. I'm not saying she's a flawless character, but all the Sakura bashing is getting stupid now.

Funny how she never tells people to be a Sakura fan.... she simply makes a Sakura thread.... But you fanboys/haters get butt hurt for some reason.


First of all lets clear things up here a bit ok. She became a Medical ninja to be strong as them. Can they cure someone with a disease? no.. Can they cure someone with poison? no... Sakura can. In the shinobi world power isn't solely determined by fighting. It is determined by a person's ability.

On top of that Kishimoto never stated Naruto was suppose to be the strongest.. or Sasuke was going to be one of the strongest..Why would Kishimoto make Sakura the strongest.. if it means Naruto is going to be weaker than her.. No Sakura fan puts her above Naruto.

Peope can't forgive sakura simply because.
During the majority of part one she didn't really do anything.

Kishi didn't really draw the lines well between the different types of ninjas there are. Sakura is a medical ninja. She already has enough power.

Maybe she should get Slug Sage Mode (if it exists) and perhaps that will silence the haters once and for all.

I'm pretty much ambivalent towards Sakura since Part 1 when she bit some ninja in the forest of death instead of knifing him.

my problems with her are that;

She doesn't do enough to be worthy of being a main character. Certain minor characters, like Hinata, seem of have better development.
Almost every time she does something she has to be saved.
she's arrogant. Both Naruto and Sasuke can be arrogant. However, they do stuff and show that their pride in themselves has some backing. Sakura had the gall to think she was on Naruto and Sasuke's level after being saved.
She treats Naruto horribly.
She thought she could kill Sasuke. the logical thing would be to try and kill him with a team. I don't have a problem with her trying to kill a missing-nin. I have a problem with her doing it alone.
Then she failed to do it. She doesn't have the strength to do what she believes is necessary.


I don't hate her. I don't like She's just there.

Sakura has developed but people do not see it cause they don't want to.

In part one she had nothing but now look at her she is the second greatest medical ninjutsu user after tsunde. But other girls of konoha eleven they are not yet best at anything.
