Sakura has always cold shouldered Naruto ever since the start of the series haha. I think it was Kishi's way of implying that Sakura is still in "love" with Sasuke and Naruto is being tossed in the dog house again. I think we all remember when Naruto dodged the Raikage's punch at full speed and Sasuke would've been pummeled like a drum if it wasn't for his defense. Plus she definitely had that "I want his D" look when he arrived. Girls never notice that guy in the friend zone (naruto) whose always been there, they always notice the one who ends up trying to kill them (sasuke). *_*
