[Discussion] why sage mode naruto ??

i was wondering when kakashi jumped at the juubi so that he can create a chance of point blank range bijuudama...why the hell sage mode naruto jumped along with him....
is that to take care of kakashi's body(after he uses his ms/kamui)??
plz tell me

Its only a clone and Narutos Sage mode has had a steady improvement rate, so it will help a bit.

Sage Mode Naruto is better suited for close range battle. And you know Narutos speed, so Naruto + Kurama will be there from mid to long range in no time. This is the perfect way, and I could see the toads being summoned soon as well. Naruto needs might also be using SM for another reason, but this is unclear yet. Perhaps the way of controlling the jubi is through natural energy.
