Why Rock Lee shouldn't be overrated.

We've seen almost nothing from Lee in Part 2 and he even seems weaker than he was in Part 1, Hopefully he'll get a chance to shine if he's there for Guy's death but Kishi has almost turned Lee into a Fodder since he fought with Kimimaro.

Last episode of Naruto when Gaara fought Seimei, Naruto didn't use Shadow clone jutsu or Rasengan or anything for that matter, so is he overrated?

hahaha you pretty much nailed that! Yeah unfortunately so many have become nothings....Exibit A- Rock Lee. he was a beast and now he does nothing. Exibit B- The Hyuga Clan. went from being on the level of the Uchiha to scouts...and being a Hinata fan I was hoping for her to shine, and not even the Neji has anything anymore. I'm hoping the Konoha 11 get to shine, and Lee is deffinately one of them.

Not a Troll, just because I chose to through in a little humor doesn't mean the point is any less valid, The only members of the K11 who've shown any progression in Part 2 are Shikamaru, Choji, and Sakura. Rock Lee is in my Top 5 favorite Shinobi I want to see more of him, I'm upset Kishi has made Naruto and Sasuke into Goku and Vegeta and left everyone else at Krillin level.

Probably due to lack of panel time. Even though it seems a bit weird that he didn't even try to open the Inner Gates against Kisame.. maybe it wouldn't help him break out of the water prison? He's probably going to surpass Guy but that's for the future. As of now, we'll just have to hold onto Kishi's promise in his interview about all those other side characters getting the spotlights (well indirectly promised).

maybe I don't know the exact meaning of a troll but I call you one cause you said part1 lee is stronger than part2 and was basicly calling him overrated and your proof was him fighting a kangaroo.
