I doubt anyone else will be able to get in, because they don't have the Sharingan or know the technique to open the door, so it's completely safe to revive them in there.
No interruptions, and presumably no way for them to escape easily.

I think Oro needed Sasuke to open the Nakana shrine in order to start the processus. It could also explain why he didn't do that before, because i really wonder why didn't he do it before if he knew the process :shrug:
