It is far too difficult for Kishi, or any author for that matter, to conceptualize such a power.


Drawing the power on paper is impossible both physically and conceptually.


It's like drawing the vast universe that never ends. It's just impossible. One can draw symbolic projections, but one can never attempt to draw the real thing. Same with Prime Hiruzen. So the next best thing Kishi had to settle for is hype. That's the only way he can somewhat convey the God of Shinobi's power without completely baffling both us and himself.


Another analogy: can we draw a four dimensional object on a two dimensional piece of paper? Of course not. We can only draw a symbolic representation, but not the real thing. The dimensions transcend what the human brain can conceptualize. The same with Prime Hiruzen. Like the 4th dimension, Prime Hiruzen transcends any analysis from mere humans.
