BM Naruto won't even be able to fire off a Bijuu Dama against PS.

This Sword Slash is faster than the charge and fire time of Bijuu Dama.

Looks like you have the reading skills of a 3 year old as you didn't bother to read the second half of my post. If you actually knew HOW to read, then you would know Susanoo's power and defense increases with its size. Due to its size it would obviosly take multiple Bijuu Dama to break it and he can't pull that off.

Personally, I would put my money on Naruto. Its true that PS strenght is overwhelming, but same can be said about Kurama. Afterall, it was described as creature being able to destroy a mountain with a swing of its tail and its not just empty hype.

From my point of Naruto has advantage here, simply becuase he has more limbs. With them Naruto can bind Madaras PS preventing it from attacking and defending. Im not saying that Madara wouldnt stand a chance, though.
