Kabuto said that Izuna's body was nowhere to be found. He said it in the anime to Tobi. Idr if he said it in the manga tho

Edo tensei creates a duplicate body of the soul that is brought back from a living host. But while Nagato's Rinnegan revival merely returns life to the original body. So if rinnegan was used Izuna will be naturally blind as his real body's eyes were taken by Madara.
