Why people think Sasuke is less powerful than Naruto?

Anyone who believes Naruto is going to get a permanent power up to be able to defeat Obito should slap themselves considering the fact that Kishi said Naruto and Sasuke be equal in the end.

He said that they progress in pair, but that doesnt mean they will be just as strong. For example, after time skip they both progressed, but Sasuke was much stronger than Naruto. Naruto couldnt reach up to Sasukes level until he learned SM.

People say by current feats naruto is stronger, but all they have is a tankable TBB and a Enton eating Rasenshuriken, lel.

By feats sasuke's actually stronger. Large numbers of enton magatamas, enton arrows, CS, chidori variants, fire variants, raiton sword. Naruto's only hope against sasuke is his 8 minutes of BM.

I'm pretty sure that they progress as a pair combined with the fact he stated that they are like Yin and Yang (Which hints equal) means that they will be equals in the end.

Because Naruto is more powerful then Sasuke, people often misinterpret Kishi's words, what he said is that when he upgrades one he keeps the other in mind, that doesn't mean they are always equal, that just means they will be equal when they fight.

It goes back and forth on who is stronger and currently Naruto is the most powerful between the two.

Kishi develops both at an equal pace. The most obvious in the last 100+ chapters is the fact both took on several kage level opponents as a way to test their strength. Granted this might be a reach but Sasuke's Madara was Kabuto.
