Why people say Sasuke <Obito but Itachi >Obito?Sasuke is underrated

We know that Obito was afraid of Itachi that is why he did not go after Sasuke or even make an attempt to start his konoha destruction or Moon eye plan.Sasuke have the same capabiliities (skills and smart) as Itachi .Sasuke currently have itachi eyes which possess his powers.Why people underrate Sasuke in NB when there is an versus battle or top then list?

Kamui is so overrated omg hop off that Kamui ****. There are many counters speed intelligence timing T/S ninjutsu. Who has Kamui killed? Don't list fodders konan?
