[Discussion] Why people hate Tsunade?

Are people mentally retarded or what? She is one of the best Kage of all time. Compare her to the other Kage, they don't do shit. She's the one who's managed to knock Madara out of his Susanoo, heal everybody and will now give her life to save them all. I don't get this "Tsunade has to die" bullshit you haters come up with.

People praise Hiruzen Sarutobi for being awesome, but what did he even do before getting his ass handed over to Orochimaru? He barely appeared in the series, it was like the Hokage was pointless. Tsunade has been actively participating in everything since she became the Hokage.

She forced Orochimaru into retreating the battle, when Jiraya got owned by him. She stood up to Pain knowing that he was way more powerful. And now, stood up to the strongest character in the entire series.

I think people just hate Tsunade because she's actually better than their favourite characters a.k.a. Jiraya, Hiruzen, the other Kage and Orochimaru. I like Oro too but ain't bitching about it, am I?

I've always liked Tsunade. She may not excel fighting wise but she is an excellent shinobi worthy of the title Hokage.

i totally agree with you. And with the oro part thats why he gave tsunade hokage because she always beat orochimaru while he always looses. Thats why jiriaya couldn't be hokage, cause if he did oro would crush the leaf village

I think she has done a great job as Hokage and is a true hero, you are right anyone who hates her is stupid, she has dealt with so much crap in her three short years more than anyone else has, she deserves a lot more respect than she gets.

Well one answer to this is that there is definitely alot of sexism among the base members.

Also, to Henrik, I think she's proven herself capable of leading her village out of crisis situations more than once, as well as put herself in life risking situations for the sake of her village twice now. I would hardly call her a bad hokage.
