WHY PEOPLE FOLLOW ORO THE DEEPER MEAN

None of oro's ninja didnt betrayed him except sasuke.
and All this ninja had pain that resembles to sasuke they all don't have parents.
They were alone, pain there pain that. Left right up down, they dont know what to do, what to say (just like kiminaro) it was like hell or basically an outcast.

Sound ninja's or whatever you call them follows oro not because of things about money, or they wanna kill, or whatever it is. They follow oro because I think to all the person in the world Oro knew how it felt to alone without parents, or losing someone to you very important at a young age.

They followed Orochimaru because they believed in him, much like how people who follow Naruto believes in him. The difference is that Orochimaru mostly didn't care for the majority of people under him and was willing to throw their lives way as a means to increase his own power and position.
