why people choose sharingan over rinnegan and byakugan!

No....I meant how could the sage obtain sharingan if he isn't a uchiha since he created them and senju dna to create rinnegan and again he created senhu...see where I gone there?

dude the sage was the first and the root of it all he just had rennigan and thats that theres nothing more we can say about that. its just the sharingan can evolve back to its root and full power.

you understand that the rinnegan is just an evolved sharingan right? so by choosing sharingan you also choose rinnegan

actually the sharingan is more of a regression of the Sharingan, but yeah so far the only way to get the Rinnegan so far is through being born a Uchiha+Sharingan+Hashirama cells or someone else lends you their Rinnegan. OT: Getting rinnegan would be better IMO, freakier eyes.
