He's only immortal with the Shinju inside him. If that's gone, he's dead. If it's just the Jubi, he can die, as he almost died against Guy.

Nobody never tries to kill Kaguya! All immortal beings can be kill.

I don't think they can be killed well their power...their immortality can be taken away thus killing them. That's the only way I see it you take away their power you take away their immortality.
