why orochimaru can instanly be top 5 again and is the most balanced ninja in naruto

He is top 5 LIVING ninja for sure. Emphasis in living because Orochimaru will always be around and cannot truly die. With this in mind, it is only a matter of time before he becomes top 5 of all ninja.

Fail, we was never killed in the first place and this is no clone of Orochimaru. This is Orochimaru and even if it was a "clone" hes alive right?

-Naruto
-Tobi
-Sasuke is debatable, we discussed in the manga Oro with arms could possibly defeat him
-Kabuto has SM, but he don't know if it depended on Oro' chakra like Edo did. Kabuto SM alone wouldnt be enough IMO.
-Onooki possibly

I have no definate top 5 alive that could exclude him with arms.

It is possible to perform jutsu without seals you know. Because Orochimaru's arms were sealed, he had to master this technique. Obviously, there are limits to not using hand signs but it can be done.

And with the whole Kabuto > Oro deal, everything Kabuto had was borrowed from others. Therefore, ANYONE can do what he did. Fact of the matter is all of his resources belong to Orochimaru. And now that Oro is back, Kabuto is nothing.

First lets get rid of this new thought that kabuto is stronger than orchimaru. Kabuto was only able to maintain dsm. For that long because of orochimarus chakra and the only reason he could control the edo tensei was that same reason.

With that out the way lets break down why I believe orochimarus. The most balanced ninja by far. This is all based on orochimarus arms being restored .

Taijustu: he possesses the most unique taijutsu in the NV his unorthodox movements above average speed and power along with his snake abilities make him totally unique. He also has solid swordsmanship and can use his tounge. He's very unpredictable. I think he's top 8 in this category among living ninja.

Ninjutsu: It has been implied orochimaru knows more ninjustsu than anyone alive. The edo being advanced from a technique to get information from dead ninja to a battle technique is extraordinary enough but he also developed the immortality jutsu and probably. Has countless other jutsu we haven't seen since kishi pulled a. Plot no jutsu and sealed his arms. I don't think its unfair to say he's top 3 in this category.

Genjutsu: kishi has sort of abandoned genjutsu in part 2. But orochimaru showed extreme prowess in this area only 2nd to itachi. The genjutsu he put the 3rd hokage under was very strong he could've ended it at any time but he let his arrogance get in the way. I think by default he's number 1in this category at the moment although sasuke can pass him.

Intelligence /Experience : he's one of the sannin he helped turn the tide of the war and is one of the oldest active ninja. As far as intelligence we see it in all his battles he's very smart. This also shows in his willingness to retreat. Dumb people would say it's the same as running but they've never been on a battlefield retreating isn't running anyone who's been in the military knows that.

Plot no jutsus:

I believe sarutobi sealing orochimarus arms was pnj. Oro dominated that entire fight and could've killed hiruzen many times. I believe kishi used the sealing of oros arms as a way to speed up sasukes defection as well as set it up so it would be too late and Oro
would have to wait another 2 years. I understand why kishi did it I'm just saying lets not underestimate Oro because of that.

Another one was when naruto went 4 tails and was beating Oro down this was a pnj because kishi wanted a reason for naruto to get injured. After going into that mode he could barely walk. This was used so that when he met sasuke. After that they couldn't fight since that was very early in shippuden

I also believe Oro saying itachi beat him was a plot device. Kishi gave no context as to when or why they supposedly fought. This served as a way to say sasuke wasn't ready at the beginning of shippuden to fight itachi. I don't see a reason for 2 members of the akasuki to go all out because lets not forget as soon as itachi went rogue orochimaru was there when he first came to the akatsuki

All in all I feel like people underestimate Oro because he's been used so much to advance the plot.

I agree with you. It irritates me when people understatement Orochimaru.

they hav not shown much of orochimaru s abilities except mud clones edo and snake his dream was to discover every justsu also how come he never tried to inject senju dna into himself and he allowed danzo to keep those sharingans? also whats that attack he did in his secret lab where saro found him and he somehow kills those 2 anbu but misses saro?
