Do you really think that's what Oro told Sasuke/Sausage when he was asked? I don't think so, that's just looking at it from a superficial perspective because there was way more to it than that obviously.

He saw how the Root tried to make Kabuto's mom kill him and it seems like he came to the conclusion that the Leaf was corrupted and tried to get Kabuto to assist him in destroying it.

Tobirama made a mistake by letting Danzo have so much political power but oh well, I guess he didn't know the ***** was that psychotic as to mimic Madara, the enemy. :/

He said that he decided to distroy Leaf on whim, infact it is totally false..

Sasuke doubted that Oro decide to distroy leaf Bcoz the death's of his parents ,since he felt the same way after knwng Truth abt Itachi....

Only possible reasons for Oro to take revange on Leaf are

Hokage title and
Deaths of his parents

He saw how the Root tried to make Kabuto's mom kill him and it seems like he came to the conclusion that the Leaf was corrupted and tried to get Kabuto to assist him in destroying it.

Oro is already Evil and killed countless leaf shinobi for his personal Gain's and it has nothing to do with Oro hating village ..If so he would have left village ages ago and he shouldn't have tried to be Hokage since he hate that system...
