Why only Uchiha can summon Gedo Mazo?

In Narutoverse, only Uchiha unlock the Rinnegan. I haven't see any other clan obtain rinnegan without Uchiha's help.

Nagato summoned but the eyes belonged to madara UCHIHA, so in other words it was an uchiha`s power that was able to summon the gedo mazo, now as for why only uchiha can summon or acctually, why only madara was able to summon it is because I`m guessin gedo mazo is the reincarnation of evil, or something that has to do with the uchihas ancetry, because the eyes of evil are the ones who bring disorder to the shinobi world.

The Rinnegan is the power of the UZIMAKI CLAN not the Uchiha. Re-read the manga it's quite clear. Obito was obviously lying about giving Nagato the Rinnegan because that was before his time. The Rinnegan is only controlled by Obito and Madar because they have Senju DNA implanted in their bodies, it's not from some Uchiha ability. And the Uzimaki clan is the offspring of an Uchiha and Senju; they would have to be because that is the ONLY way to activate it naturally, by having both Senju and Uchiha blood. Have you even been reading the manga?

the rinnegan is a kekkei genkai that is born when you have ems plus senju hashirama dna..and rinnegan is not a power of the uchiha , its a combination between the senju and the uchiha to the fullest like so6p he had uchiha (full) plus senju(full) and he had the rinnegan
