why only sharingan?

Why is it that out of the 3 eyes, sharingan is the only one that can level up?(1,2,3 tomoe,Ms,ems) say if neji implants hinatas byakugan would it enhanced its power? Same goes for rinnegan.

Hyugga probably have some type of powerup, i am betting on it.. it is just going along with the storyline.. neji an hinata are keys to the story line in the future.. just wait.. it is not even close to over.

an then there may be a huge time skip , then sasuke an ??? have kids ..

and rinnengan is at max level so it cant evolve. The byakugan evolving would probobly just complicate the plot more and kishi is trying to come to a conclussion, not go deeper into the Hyuga's roots.

well technically theres only 2 eyes as you put it, the sharingan is just a de-volved form of the rinnegan , considering rinnegan came first

and kishi has shown his gross disregard for the hyuuga clan enough to know there probably wont be any more story build up around their ocular jutsu
