Okay so Orochimaru was bad , he became good later and wasn't killed in the war or something .

Obito was bad he became good later but kishi decided to KILL him off without RETURNING to the leaf like Oro did!!

Orochimaru was sick he even attacked the leaf before i hate that kishi decided to let oro return and not obito who at least wanted to be hokage

Obito returning to the leaf is just so epic!! Just imagine him with 2 mangekyou wearing konoha outfit Teaching the next generation as a sensei . Obito sensei thats cool but oh well what can we do .

Obito became a Jinchuriki. He would not have survived after having the 10 Tails pulled out of him, so he would have been unable to return to the Leaf.

Dude orchimaru killed his own team mates and enslaved hundreds of clans for his research this dude is nasty. No. He stated that it wouldnt result in death straight away owing to the husk of the Mazou as the Mazou lifeforce would keep the Jinchuriki alive for a certain amount of time albeit him being immobilized.

That said, the Gedo Mazou was ALSO taken from Obito after Madara had summoned it.

Then again, Madara, Hagoromo AND Obito ALL died after having the Juubi removed from them. Manga facts mate
