Why only one eye?

So far 3/3 people/things with the 10 tomoe eye only have one. 10 tails, Kaguya and Sasuke all have only one eye. I don't even know how to justify this, anyone else have any idea's?

the jubi only had 1 eye all together, Kaguya is the only one with a third eye being the 10 Tomoe. I figured it was nothing until Sasuke gained it and specifically only 1 and not two like you would assume.

Im thinking that maybe as a trump card they will give him a second one and that will make the difference they need. Like Madara sorta said, he isnt at full power with only one eye he needs both.

for me, sasuke now is really awsome..!! got juubi eye in his left eye... it would be suck if sasuke got eye at his forehead.., moreover, even the juubi it self which the got most terrible power have only one eye of this..and same also with kaguya..
