I mean the strongest version of them boosted by rinnegan. Why sasuke's (EMS) looks like bigger and stronger than MS sasuke (when sasuke vs danzo, we see his final form of susanoo), because of EMS, he gets power ups, and we all know sharingan comes from rinnegan. It's capaible to evolve Rinnegan.
But would he have the chakara reserves to sustain it. If so I call plot hax, see the size of that thing. Also I heard that Susanoo is the manifestation of the user chakara so I doubt that logicly he has enough to make one the size of Madara's.

^^^ That is how i believe the final battle between the two would be. Sasuke would have a perfect susano guarding him and naruto would have kurama's cloak guarding him.
As for the chakra, i believe the ems acts the same way as the sharingan for an uchiha. Basically using its techniques wouldnt take as much chakra as the ms. Also note that chakra reserves increase when you get older and decrease with old age. Sasuke isnt in his prime yet, his chakra reserve should increase. Sasuke is similar to madara and the manga has noted us on these similarities. Whilst i dont believe he would be as strong as edo madara he would surpass ems madara and nagato (and yes i believe what tobi said to be true)
Somehow I doubt Sasuke can gain the perfect susanoo seeing as the size of it could rival a tailed beast. I doubt he would have enough chakara to sustain it for a long period. Maybe for a brief period but then after that I think he would have exhausted all his chakta
Also for itachi I think kishi has revealed all his trump cards . Also I think v3 susanoo is his limit
I agree that neither Sasuke nor Edo Itachi would be able to attain the so-called perfect Susano'o. I just happen to think This threads arguments don't decisively prove anything.

I know how you feel bruh but still certain there will be a fight between the two. Might not be a fight to death but a fight as friends, they would still go all the way

He might not know what a perfect susano is but sasuke is the type to discover his abilities during fights. Im certain just like how he was able to activate a susano v3 stage for the first time against danzo, he would do something similar and activate a perfect susano stage when he is a tight stop.
remember what i say , sasuke will also achive that !!! and in fact we may see it being used together with naruto's (kurama) 9 tails transformation (as an armor) =D ... or by some kind of sasuke mental stress (death of kakashi O_O)
