why only konoha or hidden leaf ninjas are in top 10?

I am really sick of people putting only konoha ninjas in top 10. If only konoha produces top ninjas then why da **** konoha was scared and wary of other nations? If only konoha was strong then it should had conquered the whole ninja world.
but it didn't happen , why?
answer is simple because other states were powerful too. peoples seriously underestimates other nations hokages as fodders.

I am really disgusted to read people saying Itachi could solo all other hokages of other nations. **** them. If itachi was that strong then why da fuk he was killed by a teenage sasuke with only 3 tomoe eyes. the reality is that peoples really overhype konoha ninjas.

Side note: Sasuke is the only person that can beat itachi, he said so himself. His little brother is his kryptonite.

Other then that Itachi stomps most of your favorite characters besides: Obito, hashirama, Madara, Hokages 1-4, Naruto, and Sasuke.

Third, no kage thats alive can touch Itachi, he can easily stomp Ay, Oonoki, Mei, Gaara or Tsunade, so don't go *****ing bout them being weak.
