The names represent who those people are to Boruto,how he sees them - Naruto's the hero,Sasuke the Master,and Sarada is his rival.

Boruto is a Sasuke fan.

understand most of that except how can Baruto be a fan of someone he hasn't met?

Would Baruto care to be taught by someone who once tried killing his father? Let alone care to be a "fan" of someone who's arrogance would of got him killed several times not for his team (Taka) or during his stunt of insanity when he without a second thought would kill Karin. He would of obviously changed in his time of discovery but hardly a person to be in awe of because the things he has done and the choices he has made hasn't for all been a good thing.

Would you be a fan of such a person? someone who once tried killing your father? who once believed that killing a few people and becoming the evil for people to fight to bring peace?
