It's hard to please to your fans in pairings. That's why and I'm sure Oda made One Piece, not just for his own entertainment but for us. If you think about it, One Piece is very similar to our world... the higher ups in the government know the true history of our world. We the society know nothing about the history of our own world. Hancock loves Luffy but Luffy only has denied marrying Hancock but hasn't replyed to her feelings, Sanji has been up hunting girls the entire series but he's aint lucky.. Nami, Robin, Vivi always reject Sanji... but finally at Dressrosa I dunno if it will last but Sanji has found love from those women who kill you if you cheat U_U Honestly although it isn't that romantic but love exists in One Piece
