Why obito was able to unlock ms...( Deep theory)

The real reason obito was able to unlock ms is because not only he was able to meet the criteria but also kakashi whom has his other eye. He was only on the second tome but because he went through great loss he was able to reach the third. And simultaneously kakashi in my opinion was the one to allow them to unlock ms by killing someone close to him (like what sasuke was going to do to naruto). But it could be vise versa it doesnt really matter but i feel both of them being present played the role in ms evolution. What do u guys think
