It's most likely due to hashi's dna which gave him a huge life force and chakra pool but mostly the life force/dna that's making it slow the blindness down tremendously.

Kakashi didn't go blind because, he never had both eyes, the more power the eye obtains, the more chances of going blind.

Sasuke gone blind when he unlocked Susanoo, Itachi too gone blind when he unlocked Susanoo.

I guess it's because people only go blind if they have Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susanoo. I mean anyone who has shown these techniques have went blind. But it's just a thought since kakashi and obito (although obito was able to shift through object's or even use kamui even with a regular sharingan) have never went blind and shisui as well.

But again, just some speculation. Other than that, it's plot no jutsu lol.

Well its pretty odd because Obito can phase through objects without ms just regular Sharingan. Obito's eyes are very odd.

Perhaps the Senju DNA allowed a supplement, such as not needing to eat, and therefore his eyes were supplemented with senju chakra, resulting in an excuse as to his eyes not being wasted?

It could have something to do with kamui itself. Or perhaps kakashi is actually a senju desendent, it would make sense as he looks alot like tobirama.

I think, it has to do with Obitos personal Dōjutsu, Kamui. It was stated that Susanoo was the main reason(+plot) for Sasukes sudden loss of sight.
Maybe every Jutsu of the Mangekyo Sharingan influence the sealing-process differently?
