1-even if he had half a body thats what zetsu is for. I mean how many times has tobi lost an arm? How do you think he got them back? Also Danzou took eyes from dead uchiha dont you think tobi would be able to take a sharingan for his other eye? The other eye was disposable.
2-He knows so much because of zetsu. How did madara know about nagato?
3-Some of madara's dna or chakra most likely.
4- How does everyone else know about the sage of the six paths? He is supposed to be the first ninja after all.

tobi is obito coz when he got smashed by the rock he is unaware that his sharingan activated its ability to get intagible, so he didnt die that time and half of his body didnt get destroyed :rofl:
