1-If Obito survived hi have only half of his body and one Sharingan.But in a fight with Konan we all saw that hi has both eyes and hi used his left eye to save himself from explosive tags.
2-How did hi know so much about Kurama and Madara Uchiha?
3-How did hi learned to control Kurama?
4-How did hi know about Sage of 6 paths?
5-Tobi told that if it wasint him Nagato wouldint have Rinnengan.So when Nagato got Rinnengan Obito was like unborn.

I'm sure that Kishimoto made this similarities between Tobi and Obito, like the hairs, the right Sharingan with a space time Ninjutsu supplementary to Kakashis left one and the name purposely. Just wanted to lead us on the wrong track and created thus the largest discussion about Tobi, maybe about the whole Naruto series. While I could believe that Tobi is Obito when I was looking the first series with him, it is obvious that he is not him now in view of the knowledge we have about him.
