Why Obito has no heart

This is why I think that Obito has no heart.
Medically speaking, no human can survive after a huge rock squashes a whole part of his/her body.
The rocks crushed him and his vital body parts and it affected his heart. When he was found and brought to Madara, Madara became intrested in him since he was an Uchiha with the sharingan, then wrapped him with zetsu.
Now Zetsu was created out of senju cells without a life form and Madara with the ying chakra gave it life.
This living zetsu clone, attached to the lifeless body of Obito, shared its life form with it and awakened it, and they became 1...Tobi.

I think that his heart was destroyed when the boulder fell on him, and the Zetsu somehow got Obito back to life.

Well, I thought of this too but applying it here will be far fetched kinda, he plainly said, he has no heart and feels no pain.
I think its all about white zetsu.
