Senju DNA. It's pretty obvious, and you're probably thinking it doesn't need to be said but there's some more minute details that might not be as obvious that puts Senju DNA at a whole new level.
First off, we know that Obito doesn't have a heart.
Second, since we know that Obito is made partly of Zetsu/Senju DNA, we can conclude that Zetsu (and all his clones) probably don't have hearts either.
Now given this, in a pseudo-scientific way, we can conclude that Obito doesn't poop. Remember when the Zetsu duo told young Obito that they didn't poop?
Now we can say that Obito (and Zetsu) doesn't need food to survive. Since they don't have a heart, any digestive organs (or probably any other major internal organs for that matter) Obito and Zetsu get their energy to function from Senju DNA since they aren't getting it from the food they eat.
Thus, Senju DNA among other things, provides the wielder with ENERGY. Obito doesn't need to eat, poop, and likely doesn't even need to sleep because Senju DNA is providing energy at all times in a Narutoversely magical way. If there was anything else to add to the list of why Senju DNA is OP (like the Sharingan), you can now add this.
Makes you wonder if Hashirama could have removed his heart or what the differences were between his living body and the Senju DNA Madara cultivated.
