Why not team Madara with Nagato? Why not against Hiruzen?

This chapter pretty much confirm Orochimaru had Madara, why not use him against Hiruzen? There was nothing that could defend against the meteor.

Also as for Kabuto why not team him up with Nagato? Instead of Itachi and Nagato have Madara and Nagato. GG Naruto and Bee. Even if Itachi is there he would had been raped if he got free.

This doesnt explain it really, Madara + Nagato would be unstoppable. The only reason I can think of Madara not being used with other edos is becuase his massive techniques like the meteor would crush any edo and while they regenerate it would only be nuisance to Madara.

This doesnt explain though why not simply crushing Konoha with meteor. I mean what was Orochimaru waiting to use this?

simple kishi had not thought of them yet and nagato was alive back then, madara and his techs was just very likely not to have been created back then. the creator does not think of every aspect from the beginning
