Neither Naruto or Sasuke has counter for each other mentioned moves

Besides it Naruto has barerly used chakra arms which shoukd be very much ffective.

I can understand why sasuke doesnt use chidori nagashi or other vatiants of chidori.
Also Naruto not using wind release rasengan.

COULD it be because they have no counter for that moves, Mr Kishi ? (sarcasm)

next chapter is mostly likely sasuke losing to naruto KB, he mock the jutsu during the fight, and also
