Actually its possible with manga facts. Currently tobi holds shisui's one eye and i doubt he will give it to kabuto. Another eye Itachi burned with amaterasu...

Kabuto said there should be enough of his dna on Danzo's eye but Tobi didn't allow it because Shisui's MS is just toooo op. It wouldn't be a wise decision for Tobi to allow Kabuto to have that as part of his arsenal. Infact I don't think Tobi wanted to help Kabuto at all because there was still some friction between the two of them.
