Why ninjas rarely use Kawarimi no jutsu?

Ninjas had the habit to use this simple jutsu at the begin of the manga, but i wonder why ninjas never use kawarimi no jutsu(body replacement technique) anymore when i find it really usefull in many context like to avoid instant techniques for example. Maybe Kishi forgot about his jutsu?:shrug:

That are low rank techniques kind of, aren't usefull at the later fights. Every skilled Ninja looks through them I think.

Nah... it wouldn't work like that. The opponent KNOWS he can't avoid it so he replaces his body... he'd still get burned due to the speed at which Amaterasu materializes.

@OP, I believe it's because it's such a basic technique that people overlook it/are skilled enough to not need it.
